5. Refund Policy

Both the Client and ourselves and our associates have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway.

Within 30 days from the purchase of any paid-for service provided by us, Client retains a right to claim a refund for that payment. Refunds are processed within 30 calendar days. As soon as the refund request is received all paid-for services related to that request are cancelled. After the 30 days from the purchase are over, refund requests will not be processed. Beyond that date, the Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway.

Means to process and deliver a refund are decided on Venex TV's sole discretion.

6. Privacy Policy

We use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user's movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information. Additionally, for systems administration, detecting usage patterns and troubleshooting purposes, our web servers automatically log standard access information including browser type, access times/open mail, URL requested, and referral URL. Creating an account also signifies your consent to receiving email communication from us. 9. Notification of Changes

The Company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms.
