If you already got the box, you can use it with our service without any extra charges and fees (You still need to have a venex.uk subscription).
If you do not have the box yet, you can get it directly from the manufacturer, distributors in your region, or from any other shop or website.

Please follow the below steps to install the roku channel on your roku device via the side-loading method.
Note: This will remove any already installed side loaded channel. Only one side loaded channel can be installed.
Pre-requisites:
• You should have the channel package provided by us ready which you can download above.
• You should have the latest working and updated operating system (OS) on your roku device.
Step 1: Enable Developer Settings on the roku device
• Enable developer settings on the roku device
• Using your roku remote, enter the following sequence:
• Home – Three times
• Up – Two times
• Right – One time
• Left – One time
• Right – One time
• Left – One time
• Right – One time
Make sure you do this quickly and in the above order.
This will open the developer settings screen on your roku device.
Follow the steps provided in the following flow to enable the developer settings:
Once you begin this process, the dialog will prompt you to restart the device to continue to the process.
Make sure to save the roku device url. You will need this again during this initial setup.
After enabling the installer click the "I agree" button.
The following prompt will ask you to set a password for the roku device.
This ensures your device is protected on your local area network.
This completes the steps for enabling the developer settings.
Continue to the next section for loading and installing the roku channel on your roku device.
Step 2: Accessing the Development Application Installer
After rebooting your roku device, open a web browser and enter the roku device URL (Example: http://192.168.55.10)
Enter the username "rokudev" and your "password" in the browser pop up.
Once the page opens, you have successfully connected to your roku device with developer settings enabled.
The main screen will show the development application installer:
You have now configured and enabled developer settings on your roku device.
Step 3: Uploading / Installing the channel zip file
In your browser you should able to see "development application installer" as shown above.
Click on the "upload" button. It will show you the following screen.
Go to the directory where you have downloaded the channel package zip file that we provided to you above.
Select that file and press "open".
You will now be able to see the zip package name besides of the upload button.
Click on the "install" button.
It will show something similar to following screen after successfully installing it on your roku device.
You will now be able to see your channel. The channel will automatically start.
You can also see the channel logo on the home screen of your roku device.

Watching Live TV on your computer has never been easier.
• Download and install VLC Media Player.
• Download the m3u list from your client area and save it to your local computer.
• Locate the file on your computer, it should be stored in your 'Downloads' directory.
• Right-click on the file and choose 'Open with'. Then chose 'VLC Media Player'.
• This should then open up the file via VLC Media Player and give you the list of all our channels.
• Let the STB do the initial boot up. Let it run and finish any update that it may find.
• This will then bring you to the server menu (where you enter our server portal information).
• Press on the 'Exit' button on the remote and then press on 'ok'
• This will then bring you to the main dol screen, the mac address is in the upper right corner.
• In dreamlink online (dol) go to settings.
• Press the green button on your remote to pull up the edit option.
• For the portal name use 'Venex TV'.

This guide will explain to you step by step how to setup Venex TV on MYTV Online on Formuler Z7+.
Option #1 - MAC Address (Mag/STB)
• Open 'MYTV Online'.
• Edit Service -> Click 'Edit'.
• Enter Service Nickname 'Venex TV'.
• Enter STB URL: 'https://venex.rocks/ZfRpeQNN/' and then press 'ok'.
• Connecting to Venex TV STB Servers is now in progress.
• Successful connection! You will now be able receive all channels associated with your account package.
• Everything will now be ready and you can start watching Live TV!
Option #2 - Streaming Line (M3U Link)
• Download and use the Free TV Pro application from the market.
• You can enter your own m3u list from our client area in the application.
Your m3u list can be loaded from a usb device or m3u list url from our client area.
All Venex TV services are available on Kodi, using our Kodi plugin.
How to install:
• Download our Kodi Plugin at https://kodi.venex.uk/plugin.video.venex.tv.zip
• Launch Kodi, go to System / Settings / Add-ons / Install from zip file
• Select plugin.video.venex.tv zip file
• Go to Videos / Add-ons, choose Venex TV and sign in with your username and password

How you can improve video playback performance on Kodi
If you experience performance problems such as Kodi locking up when playing various channels, try the following.
• Go to the home screen of Kodi
• Click on the Settings icon
• Click Player Settings
• Go to the bottom left-side panel and change the Basic Mode to Advanced
• Hover over Videos
• Move over to the right side of the screen and find the "Processing" header
• Turn off the "Allow Hardware Acceleration" setting for all options
• Change Enable HQ scalers for scaling above to 10%
• Go back into Kodi and enjoy smooth playback
